Hypno-Therapy and N.L.P. are excellent ways for helping you create better beliefs and feelings about food and you and how you want to be. Its ok intellectually understanding food and what you “should” eat. It’s far more important to “feel” better about food and you too.
Diets ….or having an all round healthy life style, as I like to put it.
It’s not just about numbers on scales or counting calories.
It’s about feeling great on the inside so that you enjoy looking after the outside.
My guess is you already know if you eat too many calories you put on body fat? Right?
I bet you also know that certain types of food are better or worse than others? Right?
My guess is you’ve worked out that even moderate regular exercise will increase your fitness and get you in better physical shape? Right?

Its not just as simple as what you eat but why you eat and when you eat.

- Maybe you eat when with certain people?
- Maybe you eat in certain situations?
- Maybe you forget to eat regularly a then gorge on high calorie food?
- Maybe you eat to punish yourself?
- Maybe you have reasons to stay as you are that you might not be aware of yet?
Working out why you eat, when you eat and how you feel when you eat is just as important as what you eat?
When you clear up those unconscious little food habits the healthy life style will kick in way way easier.
