What is EFT?

Often referred to as “Psychological acupressure” is can described as the marriage of the ancient art of acupressure ie the tapping and pressing of energy meridians around the body, whilst focusing on any emotional or physical issue.

As Albert Einstein also told us back in the 1920’s that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy EFT proposes we can unblock and channel that energy so releasing debilitating problems simply.

By devoting awareness to the issue we focus the bodies energy to it and then, whilst tapping sequential pressure point it assists the body and mind to let our energy flow more healthily. In doing so it quickly and easily reduces the problem in hand.

These emotional energy blockages can lead to all manner of personal issues such as : phobias, confidences issues, body pains, Post Traumatic Stress etc in fact a vast array of ailments. The creator of EFT Gary Craig says “Try it on everything”

EFT is a very simple, very fast, easy to learn self help tool. That can be taught in a few short sessions….. once you’ve got over it looking a bit weird 😉
